Frequently asked questions

Do I need a gym membership?

For this course, a gym membership is advised to get the most benefit, however the majority of the exercises can be done at home with kettlebells and dumbbells as well.

What equipment will I need?

Kettlebells, dumbbells, box or bench, TRX band, barbell, Swiss ball, band, medicine ball

Is this only for ballet dancers?

Not at all. TBB offerings are widely used and loved by many dancers of all styles as well as performing arts based athletes such as gymnasts and figure skaters.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the course no refunds will be given. But this course is so good you won't need one!
