Feeling more connected!

I'm so glad to finally have content that discusses how other forms of training outside of the studio impact performance. Growing up, this was RARELY discussed by my teachers and fellow dancers. Now, even as an adult who dances for fun, I find the advice practical and love the perspective from a pro.

Lili's work, this podcast, the TBB app, and all the content she posts for free is super useful and inspiring for dancers and gymnasts to push through their limits and gain confidence, as well as helping you understand your rest, recovery and fueling needs.
